Nan Smith joined the staff of the National Center on Accessibility as Training Logistics Coordinator in the spring of 2000. For many training course participants, Nan is the first point of contact at NCA.  She coordinates registrations and communications for training/education programs, instructor travel arrangements, training materials, and equipment as well as other duties.  Nan has had varied work experiences, including 15 years of service as a Captain in the Merchant Marine.  She returned to Indiana in 1992 to spend time with friends from her years in Bloomington.  She enjoys working with the professionals in the accessibility community and the participants in the training/education programs of NCA.
